Angel shoulder buddy was not available locally so I ordered online. Item was received and looked just like picture on website. Very happy with the item and the purchase process was very easy. I had no problems with it being shipped to the USA. My only critique is that once the item was received in the USA, the tracking number I was given at time of purchase was no longer useful as it didn't update with information, so I wasn't sure when the item would arrive to me. However, it arrived about 5 days later and was in great condition. Aside from this small thing, I am overall pleased with the transaction and wouldn't hesitate to purchase in future.
